As you may have heard Royal Mail will be striking over the next few weeks. This has already caused delays with our shipping, and we're advising all customers to shop early to avoid disappointment.
We've added an 'Express' shipping option at checkout to try an ensure parcels get to you before Christmas – alternately you can select to 'Pick Up' from our store in the Jewellery Quarter when checking out. We're open weekdays 9am–5pm in addition to some special Christmas weekend and evening opening times.
Here's the latest guidelines from Royal Mail. Our 'standard' delivery is typically sent Second Class and our Express delivery will be the First Class/Next day options*.
*Next day is the name of the service. All of our orders require a days processing time, plus any additional delays caused by the strilkes.
